Meet Candace

For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a house. It is about helping people make confident decisions, build stability, and step into what comes next.

I'm Candace Frazier, a Mississippi native, mother of four, entrepreneur, and the real estate professional behind Closed with Candace. As the founder of Waliz Holding Corporation, doing business as Candace the Corporation, I have built my career around helping people improve their financial lives through credit, taxes, business, funding, and now real estate.

My background gives me a broader understanding of what homeownership truly requires. I know that a successful move is not just about finding the right property. It is also about preparation, finances, timing, negotiation, and having someone beside you who will explain the process honestly and protect your best interests.

I hold a bachelor's degree in political science and am pursuing both an MBA with a concentration in accounting and a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College. That education, paired with years of leadership and business ownership, has shaped me into a thoughtful advocate, careful listener, and strong negotiator.
